Launch of Phase II of the ‘’Caring School Project’’

RTI-Tanzania is pleased to announce that the organization is soon embarking on the second phase of its Mega project, ‘’The Caring Schools Project’’, following a short implementation break.

Phase II marks a major milestone for the project and will introduce a four-year longitudinal study designed to provide an in-depth understanding of how the school environment influences youth mental health trajectories in Tanzania.

The comprehensive study will allow RTI-Tanzania and its partners to generate evidence that strengthens schools as positive, supportive spaces for young people. Findings from this phase will inform strategies to create healthier learning environments and enhance the overall wellbeing of students in the region.

RTI-Tanzania looks forward to continuing this important work and sharing progress updates as Phase II moves forward.
